Privacy Policy

Privacy matters because trust is infrastructure.

This page explains Veyra's privacy direction in plain language. It is a working policy draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use.

What Veyra collects

Veyra may collect information users choose to provide, such as intake details, demo request information, contact details, and product usage signals. Health-related intake data should be treated as sensitive and handled with care.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the product, route users toward next actions, improve system reliability, support demo requests, and maintain secure system records.

What Veyra does not do

Veyra does not sell personal health information. Veyra does not expose database credentials in the browser. Sensitive workflows should pass through backend services.

Security approach

Veyra is designed around backend-controlled data access, environment-based secrets, structured logging, and separation between public pages, authenticated user areas, and system memory.

Medical disclaimer

Veyra does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace licensed medical professionals. Users should contact emergency services for urgent or life-threatening concerns.

Current build principle: frontend displays, backend controls, Supabase stores, and sensitive keys never touch the browser.
